Here are the ARB Intensity IQ LED lights on test. They are installed on an ARB bumper or any other bumper with a little work to install them. These large LED lights have 4 different integrated beams: ultra-tight beam long-range lights, dipped beam lights, fog lights and finally tight beam.
ARB Intensity IQ LED lights
Let’s first take a closer look at the lights. The first thing we notice is that they are massive and imposing (3.8 kg, 220 mm x 215 mm x 142 mm). They are designed to fit perfectly into ARB bumpers, but of course it is also possible to mount them on other bumpers.
As you can see, they are mounted here on an HDJ 80. Thanks to the garage 4×4 Loisir Evasion (near Troyes) who took care of the assembly.
The front face is protected by a virtually unbreakable polycarbonate lens that guarantees great durability. The Intensity IQ lights have an internal ventilation system that cools the LEDs and they also have intelligent thermal management to optimize the light output and increase the lifespan of the LEDs. The construction with an aluminum block exudes quality, this is usual at ARB, where generally the products are designed and manufactured with great care given to the finish and quality. The electrical harness is provided, it is braided and of good quality. There is a switch to put in the 4×4 to operate the different LEDs.
The product will be of interest to four-wheelers and other travelers who are looking to have different lighting modes without multiplying the lights. These lights are a bit like a Swiss army knife in the sense that they are a 4 in 1. The price is proportional to the multitude of functions but you can save space, connectivity by mounting just two lights without having to add and multiply the headlights: long-range lights, fog lights, low beam, narrow beam. In addition, those who like to manage their equipment in a home automation way and monitor and control everything with their smartphone will be delighted to use the application. housing and braided harness, it breathes quality

ARB Intensity IQ application
The ARB Intensity IQ application allows users to control a whole bunch of parameters on the Intensity IQ lights. You can control the brightness levels of each light (ultra-tight, tight, wide fog and low beam), choose from 20 different lighting levels. It also allows you to set your lighting preferences by combining certain LEDs together
- Turn the high beams on and off
- Offer 8 predefined beams that can be selected and customized
- Adjust the intensity of each row of optics to create the ideal beam
- Activate/deactivate the night light and set its timer
- Select a network of lights to connect to (for example, if you have 2 vehicles equipped with IQ lights)
- Activate the work light function (lights on without the high beams)
- Set the progressive on/off functionality
- Set the response time of the integrated switch
